Giving Through Jefferson Community Foundation
Make your giving achieve more for you and your community.
When you open a Charitable Fund at Jefferson Community Foundation, your giving achieves more for you and for your community. You have access to current information about the local issues you care most about. You learn about funding opportunities as they emerge, so your gifts meet the right needs at the right times. You can time your contributions to your Fund to have maximum tax advantages. You can make gifts through your online portal. Then you can go spend time with your family or friends as the JCF team administers all the allocations, reporting, investing, and processes related to your Fund.

WHAT IS A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION?
Community foundations are grantmaking public charities that are dedicated to improving the lives of people in a defined local geographic area. They bring together the financial resources of individuals, families, and businesses to support effective nonprofits in their communities and play a key role in identifying and solving community problems.
