We’ll cover three things\, and you’ll leave with reusable tools for each. \nOrganization profile. Build a single file that captures who your organization is. Drop it into any AI conversation and the AI starts already knowing you. Useful for board reports\, donor communications\, planning documents\, and every other AI task where context about your organization matters. \nGrant writing. A complete workflow demonstrated live\, from researching the funder to drafting and tightening the final sections. You’ll leave with reusable prompts your team can run on every grant application going forward. \nData privacy. A free tool that strips identifying details from spreadsheets on your own computer\, before any data ever leaves your machine. Plus a Data Sensitivity Quick Card and a fill-in AI Policy Template to set clear rules with your team. \nHonest conversation throughout about what’s working\, what isn’t\, where to start\, and how to think about funder expectations as AI use becomes more common. \n60 minutes of content with 30 minutes for Q&A. DESCRIPTION:Walking the čičməhán trail:\nDeveloping a place-based consciousness and historical context for nonprofit community leaders in Jefferson County.\n\nWhen: Tuesday\, June 30th at 2:30-5pm\nWho: Nonprofit executive directors\, hired leadership staff or Board leaders\nWhere: The walk will begin at Chetzemoka Park at 2:30.   We will do 3-3 1/2 miles of the 12 mile trail. And end back at Chetzemoka Park.  Individuals with mobility challenges can adapt by driving to trail signage locations.\n \nRSVP Required\n \nJoin JCF and other nonprofit community leaders on a guided walk of a 3.5 mile segment of The čičməhán Trail\, co-hosted by the Native Connections Action group and  trail co-founders Celeste Dybeck & Lys Burden.\n \n \nThis 2 hour walking tour offers local nonprofit leaders an opportunity to develop a deeper sense of place and to gain critical historical context and understanding about the Native presence\, past and current\, on the Qatay Peninsula.\n \n \nNamed after the last hereditary Chief of the S’Klallam People\, the The čičməhán Trail\, also referred to as the Chetzemoka Trail\, highlights numerous important historical events and locations from mid-1800s to the early 1900s. The čičməhán Trail Walk is intended to educate the public about the relationship between the S’Klallam people who lived here since Time Immemorial on the peninsula they called Qatay\, and the European Settlers who arrived in Port Townsend in the mid-19th Century.\n \n \nLearn more about the trail here: http://www.tribalmuseum.jamestowntribe.org/hsg/exhibits/chetzemokatrail/ct_menu.php\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nTrail Guides:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCeleste Dybeck (r) is a Jamestown S’Klallam Tribal Elder and the Chetzemoka Trail Project Leader.  She is also an award-winning fabric artist\, particularly known for her traditional button blankets.  She lives in Port Townsend.\n \nLys Burden (l) was Project Co-Leader and Trail Planner.  She lives in Port Townsend\, where she also served on the city’s Non-Motorized Transportation Board.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
